About the Journal

Tamiljothi

Following Darwin's principle that whatever adapts to its time endures, the Tamil language — which held classical literature within itself even two thousand years ago — continues to renew itself today and remains seated upon its throne at the summit. Tamiljothi International Journal for Tamil Language and Cultural Studies was founded, without partiality or prejudice, to enrich the literatures that beautify Mother Tamil. Its primary aim is to advance Tamil studies on a global platform and to carry the cultural values of the Tamil people to the next generation.
